Spiritual Spa

Jesus said to them, “Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.” Mark 6:31

Many women today are busy keeping care of others and placing their own needs at the bottom of the list.  Physically we are worn out, emotionally we are drained, and spiritually we are thirsty.  Thirsty means to be painfully aware of your need.  We become painfully aware that we need something to change in our lives but we aren’t sure what needs changed or how to change it.  To make changes physically we start exercising and eating healthier.  To make changes emotionally we talk to our spouses, family, friends and doctors to evaluate our needs.  To make changes spiritually we often go to church, talk to the pastor….but often push aside our time to talk to God, study the Bible and pray.   Going to God should be the first thing we do!  Some say, ‘wake up and smell the roses’ but I say ‘Wake up and talk to the One who made the roses, waters the roses, takes care of the roses!”  You are a rose to HIM and He wants to help you blossom!

At Spiritual Spa we understand the thirst for more of God and how difficult it is to set aside an entire morning or day just for your spiritual renewal…but it is so important!  It is our desire that you will be overwhelmed with HIS love and your soul refreshed when you spend time at Spiritual Spa.
